“Action Success”- Emotional Intelligence Program

This 2 day “Action Success” program will include:
- Understanding the meaning and importance of Emotional Intelligence in the workplace
- Discovering the five competencies of EI:
- Self-awareness is the knowing of what drives us and what we’re passionate about.
- Self-regulation is managing our emotions, becoming more adaptable and innovative especially in stressful situations.
- Self-motivation is to direct the power of our emotions towards a purpose that will motivate and inspire ourselves and others.
- Empathy is making a connection with people and being attuned to staff or customers’ needs and responses and to then act appropriately.
- Effective relationships will develop with heightened social skills, interacting with people successfully becoming better communicators and collaborators.
- Practical exercises to increase each of the EI Competencies
- Exploring examples of good and bad EI in the work place

- Learning tips to enhance Emotional Quotient skills
- Identifying stressors and how to manage them
- Learning quick relaxation, breathing and visualization coping techniques
